I've been waiting two weeks for my replacement part and haven't received any information about my order. Terrible handling.

I was sent the wrong pads. The pads that arrived are the 2nd generation SV021 pads which are physically smaller and thinner (they touch my ears). This will cause me to not want to listen to the SV021 headphones for extended periods of time.

Great to find pads to replace old ones.
I would have put 5* if the pads were a better fittings. They don't "clip" and they don't stay in place like the original do. I had to use a little bit of glue.
Stars also come because of reactive and attentive aftersale service.
