1. How do I cancel my order?
Only if your order has not been shipped out, you can contact our Customer Service (support@sivgaaudio.com) to change or cancel your order.
2. If the package shipped, can I reject to receive it?
We kindly advise against refusing the package upon delivery. If a shipment is rejected, both the original shipping cost and the return shipping fee—which can be quite high—will be deducted from your refund. We recommend accepting the package first, and then contacting us to arrange a return if needed.
3. Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
Typically, it takes about 1-3 Business Days of processing time before we ship your order. We ask that you allow us 1-3 Business Days to process your order! You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been shipped. So please check your inbox in 1-3 Business Days.
4. When will I receive my refund after returning the product?
In most cases, after receiving and inspecting the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds may incur a currency exchange loss or transaction fee, depending on your source of payment (e.g. Bank or PayPal). SIVGA will not be responsible for such fees.
5. How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. Should you not have received the emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please kindly contact us for support.
