I received 3.5 termination instead of 4.4 mm so disappointed as I already have 3.5 mm original wanted 4.4 mm to use with DAC.
However, Sivga team swiftly responded to my query and agreed to send me a new 4.4 cable that too without return of the earlier cable.
Really appreciate the customer responsiveness of Sivga team and Vicky who responded to my mail
BTW, the quality of the replacement earpads for oriole and quality of cable is also good
